About the role

The role sits within Bosch's ADAS application and calibration engineering area, covering Advanced Driver Assistance Systems application, vehicle and system integration, and powertrain calibration. The work is centered on engine management, torque-based control systems and calibration data management using tools such as INCA, ETAS and Matlab Simulink. This position involves calibrating vehicles on test tracks, running system release tests on bench, lab and vehicles, analyzing large volumes of calibration data, and supporting technical discussions with customers and development partners.

  • Supporting technical discussions/negotiations with customers
  • Cooperation with development partners (SYS, HW, SW, CAD) and project manager

  • Experience in Calibration Data Management (usage of iCDM & vCDM)
  • Experience on powertrain calibration along with vehicle drivability
  • Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical data
  • Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniques
  • Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulation
  • Skilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE)
  • Complete work in a safe, timely and professional manner with minimum supervision
  • Flexibility to undertake additional task to meet business requirements
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as and when required.
  • B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics.
