About the role

As an Application Architect specializing in ServiceNow, you will assess client business needs and recommend tailored ServiceNow implementation solutions. The role leads ServiceNow implementation projects, overseeing effort estimation, planning, execution, and architectural analysis.
What you will do
- Lead ServiceNow Implementation Projects: Manage effort estimation, planning, and execution of ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client business needs.
- Conduct Architectural Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of client requirements, identifying opportunities for ServiceNow implementation and integration with other systems in the ecosystem.
- Estimate Infrastructure Requirements: Assess and estimate infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Manage Solution Delivery: Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet client business needs and are implemented according to best practices.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations on ServiceNow implementation solutions.
