About the role
Global Commercial Services (GCS) serves millions of business customers around the world, offering a diverse range of payment and cashflow tools from traditional card products to working capital, supply chain financing, and digital solutions. The Sales Enablement Organization focuses on accelerating commercial business growth through training, tools and insights to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This Signing Governance role supports the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of Signing Quality Control across various US SME segments, partnering with Sales, P&I, Technology, Control Management, CEG and other cross-functional teams.
What you will do
- This role will support the fast-accelerating GCS business.
- The role will require establishing governance and controls for sales practices in collaboration with operation excellence and compliance teams.
- Effectively engage with stakeholders to understand the business requirements.
- Partnership with Stakeholders and Business Partners to provide valuable insights to support leadership.
- Support sales organization growth by effectively managing sales portfolio.
- Drive Analytics and Insights through various data tools.
- Leverage Gen AI and automation solutions to improve governance, analytics, monitoring, and overall process efficiency.
- Drive initiatives through project management.
- Driving resolution for escalations (if any).
- Stay focused on relationships, understanding business strategy and objectives.
