About the role

The role sits within American Express operations in India, handling KYC, Legal Entity and Central KYC (CKYC) validation and submission to the RBI in partnership with the AEBC Compliance team. The work covers compliance-driven servicing of consumer and legal entity accounts, including document review, risk analysis on customer accounts, and inbound/outbound/VKYC calling with Card Members. The Analyst will also maintain system updates from KYC information received and deliver against defined quality, productivity and process metrics within regulatory timelines.

What you will do

  • Ensure KYC/Legal Entity/Central KYC (CKYC) Information is validated and submitted to RBI in accordance with RBI regulations/guidelines and in partnership with the AEBC Compliance team.
  • Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on transactional quality, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals.
  • Analyze risk on customer accounts, making sound decisions to ensure the compliance of terms and conditions.
  • Deliver on metrices defined by the process.
  • Adhere to the deliverable timelines to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Relevant system updates basis the KYC information received from Card Members.
  • End to End review of account specific KYC journey for consumer & Legal entities for appropriate actioning.
  • Reviewing Card Members/Legal Entity documents, identifying gaps in the documents.
  • Complete all transactions agreed with the customer/Legal Entities and adhere to all timelines/deadlines.
  • Outbound Calls to follow up with Card Member's for KYC Completion.
  • Inbound Voice Servicing to assist Card Member's with KYC inquiries.
  • Ability to handle VKYC (Video KYC)

  • Should have minimum 1 year experience of Inbound/Outbound/VKYC calling.
  • This is a Hybrid role, colleagues are required to report 03 days in office.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of excel, word and power point skill will be an added advantage.
