About the role
The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs across the enterprise and oversees risk ownership across business units, products, and processes. Within ORM, the Issues & Events Analytics team transforms operational risk data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement, and is responsible for building AI-enabled solutions for Issues & Events. This role acts as a bridge between Issues & Events, broader ORM priorities, and enterprise AI and automation initiatives, developing enterprise reporting capabilities, performing advanced analytics, identifying systemic risk themes, and partnering across the organization to improve how operational risk is measured, understood, and managed.
