About the role
Oracle University develops advanced hands-on learning solutions for Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle AI Agent Studio, and enterprise AI and agentic technologies. This Principal / IC4 individual-contributor role combines Oracle Fusion Applications technical expertise, AI agent and software development, and the translation of complex implementations into technical learning experiences. The role builds, integrates, tests, evaluates, and troubleshoots enterprise AI solutions and converts that work into courses, labs, code samples, demonstrations, assessments, and certification-aligned assets.
What you will do
- Lead technical learning development: Own the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and maintenance of advanced technical learning for Oracle Fusion Applications, AI agents, agentic applications, extensibility, integrations, and enterprise AI development.
- Develop enterprise-grade technical solutions: Build, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and document realistic Oracle Fusion and AI solutions using APIs, SDKs, developer tools, enterprise data, application services, and workflows.
- Build and evaluate AI agents: Create, customize, integrate, evaluate, troubleshoot, and demonstrate AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio, including prompts, tools, workflows, enterprise data, security controls, and human oversight.
- Create hands-on learning experiences: Develop technically rigorous courses, labs, reusable code repositories, walkthroughs, demonstrations, assessments, and certification-aligned learning using low-code and pro-code approaches.
- Partner with Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and subject-matter experts to validate technical approaches, investigate issues, and incorporate emerging capabilities into learning solutions.
- Apply AI-assisted development practices: Use enterprise-approved AI tools for prototyping, development, debugging, documentation, testing, evaluation, and content creation while validating outputs and following responsible AI practices.
- Ensure technical quality and reproducibility: Maintain accurate, secure, reproducible, and maintainable code, labs, environments, dependencies, and technical guidance aligned with supported product capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership: Establish technical standards, review complex learning assets, mentor colleagues, develop reusable technical patterns, and deliver selected workshops, demonstrations, and train-the-trainer sessions.
