About the role
Mahindra Group is developing and deploying Generative AI solutions across engineering and enterprise domains. The role focuses on AI products including LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, and multimodal AI, along with MLOps, platform architecture, and governance. The AI Engineer will work with engineering, research, and business teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions.
What you will do
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI products
- drive development of LLM, RAG, Agentic AI and multimodal AI solutions
- define AI success metrics and business outcomes.
- Guide platform architecture, integration strategy, deployment standards MLOps practices, scalability, reliability, and governance.

What the employer is looking for
- Candidates must possess a strong educational foundation in technology, business, or related fields, combined with substantial professional experience in product management and AI domains.
- The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of progressive experience building and scaling technology products, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically focused on AI or machine learning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
