About the role
The team develops embedded electronic hardware for industrial products and harsh operating environments, including flame scanners, burner controllers, PLC-based systems, and combustion control equipment. The role focuses on hardware architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB design coordination, prototype development, verification and validation, and certification support. The engineer will independently drive hardware development from requirements through product release while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you will do
- We are looking for an experienced Advanced Embedded Hardware Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing and developing embedded electronic hardware for industrial products and harsh operating environments.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong industrial product-development background, preferably involving Flame Scanners, Flame Monitoring Equipment, Burner Controllers, PLC-based Systems, Fuel Delivery Valves / Fuel Control Systems, Electrical Heating Systems, or Combustion Control Equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for hardware architecture, schematic design, component selection, design calculations, PCB design coordination, prototype development, verification and validation, troubleshooting, certification support, and product lifecycle activities.
- The candidate should be capable of independently driving hardware development assignments with minimal supervision, taking ownership from requirements and concept development through prototype, validation, and product release. The individual should demonstrate strong engineering judgment, technical ownership, and problem-solving ability, including the capability to investigate complex industrial problems, identify root causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and determine the most practical and reliable technical approach.
- The role requires someone who is self-driven and solution-oriented, capable of finding their own path to solve challenging hardware and industrial application problems while collaborating effectively with firmware, mechanical, systems, manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams.
- Design and develop embedded electronic hardware for industrial products.
- Design of Hardware architecture, schematics, circuit calculations, component selection, and documentation design.
