  • Define and drive the future-state operating model for how engineering standards, requirements, and interfaces are structured and governed.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability of configuration practices across product lines and lifecycle stages.
  • Lead the Systems Engineering transformation of product structures in alignment with Systems Engineering 2030 principles.
  • Establish and mature the system structuring logic that connects product definition, requirements, interfaces, and plant-level execution.
  • Drive systems thinking behaviors within the Configuration Management community and across partner functions.
  • Functionally lead a team of senior and lead Configuration Management professionals.
  • Provide coaching, direction, and development support to strengthen technical depth, leadership capability, and enterprise impact.
  • Set priorities, align work to business needs, and ensure effective execution across the team.
  • Own the strategy and governance for requirements definition and rationalization at the system level in PLM.
  • Define and maintain the structure for interfaces across systems, product lines, and plant environments.
  • Ensure product requirements are logically structured, traceable, and aligned to engineering and manufacturing needs.
  • Lead the alignment of plant system structures with product structures and engineering standards.
  • Ensure consistency between PLM, plant systems, and MBE models.
  • Drive clear rules and practices for maintaining structural integrity across digital environments.
  • Develop and maintain the process for standards management, verification, quality measurement, and audit.
  • Establish objective measures to assess configuration quality, standards compliance, and process maturity.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts based on audit findings, metrics, and business needs.
  • Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional priority execution across engineering, manufacturing, digital, and operational stakeholders.
  • Build alignment across functions to resolve dependencies and accelerate critical initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to ensure business priorities are translated into executable technical outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic resource for current system assessment, product structure rationalization, and requirements simplification.
  • Define characteristics of effective system structuring and support decisions to rationalize requirements by product line.
  • Provide guidance on complex configuration and systems engineering decisions with enterprise impact.
