About the role
GE HealthCare is a medical technology and digital solutions innovator. The Commercial Development Program is a two-year rotational entry-level program in sales and marketing, with three or four rotations across commercial operations, marketing, and sales. Participants work on marketing projects such as new product launch plans, digital and commercial marketing, value propositions, and data analytics and market insights while mentored by senior leaders.
What you will do
- The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a two-year developmental program in sales and marketing.
- Throughout the two years, you will either have 3 or 4 rotations, depending on your business unit.
- You will be placed in thoughtful, challenging roles to develop critical skills like leadership, critical thinking and taking initiative.
- You will be working with the best and brightest in a fast pace environment with leaders who will take time out of their schedules to support your development.
- The program provides the technical expertise of a digital industrial company with the functional skills that are critical to success in GE HealthCare.
- The projects can be in diverse aspects of marketing like new product launch plan and implementation , digital marketing , commercial marketing , value proposition , data analytics & market insights etc.
- The interns are assigned to a senior marketing leader and is given complete responsibility for owning the plan , implementing to show outcomes as per the project scope.
- There is amid-point review (4 weeks post project commencement) with the CMO , assignment leader and the program office and a final review as per the project deliverable.
- Intensive two-year entry-level program spanning three rotational assignments in one of GE HealthCare's businesses
- Combines coursework, job assignments and training to equip you with exceptional marketing and selling skills
- Led by senior GE HealthCare professionals and mentors
- Develops world-class commercial leaders

- Strong analytical ability; proven leadership experience; team player; change-oriented; demonstrated integrity; strong communication skills.
- Understanding of business concepts/strategy; intern co-op experience in corporate finance; business/accounting or analytical coursework; multiple language skills; geographic mobility; global work/living experience.
