About the role
The Commercial Development Program Summer Internship is a two-month program at GE HealthCare in which interns are assigned high-impact business projects within the marketing function, supporting rapid development of commercial operations, marketing, and sales skills. GE HealthCare is a global medical technology and digital solutions innovator, and the program combines the expertise of a digital industrial company with functional commercial skills. Interns work on areas such as new product launch planning and execution, digital marketing, commercial marketing, value proposition development, data analytics, and market insights, taking end-to-end ownership of a project under a senior marketing leader.
What you will do
- Interns may work on projects across various areas of marketing, including new product launch planning and execution, digital marketing, commercial marketing, value proposition development, data analytics, and market insights.
- Each intern will be assigned to a senior marketing leader and will take end-to-end ownership of the assigned project, including planning, implementation, and delivery of outcomes aligned with the project scope.
- A mid-point review will be conducted approximately four weeks after the project begins with the CMO, assignment leader, and program office, followed by a final review based on the agreed project deliverables.
