About the role
Adobe's Business Process Optimization (BPO) team creates capacity through automation, data intelligence, and process improvement. As an operational partner to Digital Transformation leadership, the Agile Delivery & Operations Lead strengthens delivery across BPO in partnership with engineering, Program Management & Operations, and business customers. The role combines Scrum coaching, delivery analysis, and daily use of AI to improve how work gets done, from anticipating issues to leading improvements through adoption and measurable results.
What you will do
- Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban, strengthening planning, retrospectives, and sustainable delivery.
- Partner with product and program owners on backlog readiness, acceptance criteria, and realistic commitments that reflect capacity, support work, and shifting priorities.
- Own delivery reporting and analysis: improve Jira data quality with teams and DevOps, diagnose delays, and recommend actions to improve delivery and resource allocation.
- Use AI to accelerate analysis and build dashboards, queries, and reusable reporting workflows, validating findings against source data.
- Prepare concise decision briefs with evidence, options, tradeoffs, and recommendations; lead operational reviews and drive actions to completion.
- Coordinate dependencies, address missed commitments constructively, agree on recovery actions with owners, and call out unresolved risks early.
- Lead improvements across intake, delivery, testing, and release coordination; support adoption, measure results, and share approaches that reduce manual effort, delays, and rework.
