About the role

Adobe's Enterprise Architecture group helps global organizations build personalized, connected, and intelligent customer experiences at scale across Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, and major public cloud providers. The team works on digital experience, customer data, and AI transformation strategies, including customer data platforms, identity management, real-time decisioning, and personalization. This Enterprise Architect role partners with executive leaders to define architecture roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures, and to drive cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven transformation delivery.

What you will do

  • Work alongside executives to establish approaches for digital experience, customer data, and AI transformation.
  • Build enterprise architectures that connect content, data, insights, and activation across the customer journey.
  • Assist organizations in embracing cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures through Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, and major public cloud providers.
  • Enable clients to accelerate innovation while reducing complexity and enhancing business value.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior partners to establish a clear vision for digital experiences, customer engagement, and AI-powered innovation.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable, multi-year architecture roadmaps that align technology investments with strategic outcomes.
  • See opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business performance by using data, AI, and personalization.
  • Define success measures, value hypotheses, and benchmarks that guide investment decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Build scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and client technology ecosystems.
  • Define modern data and AI architecture patterns, including customer data platforms, identity management, real-time decisioning, and personalization.
  • Establish architecture standards and guidelines for cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
  • Develop reference architectures that enable agility, governance, security, and long-term scalability.
  • Ensure architecture decisions support reliability, observability, performance, and business continuity.
  • Align business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution across marketing, technology, product, analytics, and data teams.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and decision-making processes that enable balanced adoption and continuous improvement.

What the employer is looking for

  • Proven success developing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns, including TOGAF, API-first, and architectures built on connecting different services.
  • Experience crafting and delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or comparable cloud platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with software engineers, data architects, application developers, data scientists, and business leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and functions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform tools.
  • Experience working with digital marketing, customer experience, customer data, or personalization platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer journey orchestration, decisioning, and real-time activation strategies.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
