About the role
Merkle, Dentsu's customer experience and data marketing division, is hiring an Associate Vice President in Mumbai for banking/BFSI digital projects. The role focuses on mobile and digital banking transformation, with exposure to payments and lending. The AVP will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and work across business, product, design, and technology teams in Agile/Scrum delivery.
What you will do
- Strong Banking/BFSI domain experience
- Hands-on mobile or digital banking project background
- Good understanding of payments and/or lending
- Proven skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced sprints
- Ownership, attention to detail, and clarity in documentation
- Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and technology teams, and to present to senior stakeholders
- Experience on large-scale mobile banking transformation or revamp projects, hands on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Figma
