About the role
The role is part of Dentsu's BCOE in Bangalore and focuses on monthly financial reporting, performance tracking, and analysis for senior management. It supports commercial and regional operational finance leaders with budgeting, cost management, and SLA-based issue resolution. The position also involves exposure to automation of FP&A processes, including AI tools.
What you will do
- Supports the monthly financial reporting and analysis process
- Tracks performance against internal targets and external best practice, making timely interventions at appropriate times
- Provides senior management with timely analysis, intelligence and recommendations they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions
- Supports the Commercial Finance Director with the short and long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with global processes
- Supports the Regional Operational Finance Director, as necessary, in terms of management of the ROFC, escalation/resolution of issues and adherence to SLA’s
- Exposure to automation of FP&A processes, preferably with AI tools is an added advantage
