About the role
The role partners with communications planning teams and clients to create strategic outputs, including insight generation, cultural narrative, media briefs, creative media solutions, and go-to-market activations. It sits within Carat in Bangalore and focuses on day-to-day client strategy, from briefing teams and steering brainstorms to guiding client presentations. The position also develops and manages media strategists.
What you will do
- Delivers day to day strategic work for client(s), stewarding strategies through to execution in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Contributes to, or repurposes agency thought leadership for clients around a client's business/category, media landscape, culture and consumer
- Briefs working teams and partners for ideation, lead and steer brainstorms
- Partners with insights to understand how audiences will contribute to achieving the overall business goals
- Develops and delivers award worthy work through creative media solutions
- Guides the development of client presentations
- Develops and manages media strategists
