About the role
Dentsu Aegis Network is an advertising and creative agency group, and this role sits within its account management function in Bangalore, delivering client servicing for advertising campaigns. The position works across mainline advertising with exposure to digital advertising channels. The Manager - Account Management will own day-to-day client relationships, coordinate creative and strategy teams on briefs, manage campaign timelines and deliverables, and help grow client relationships and business.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure effective communication and delivery.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and other teams for execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Support campaign planning and execution across relevant communication channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 4–5 years of Account Management / Client Servicing experience within an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong Mainline Advertising experience is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Digital Advertising will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong team player with a good cultural fit and a proactive approach.
