About the role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Investor Relations professional with 3 to 4 years of experience to manage and scale client relationships. The role sits within Dentsu Creative in Mumbai and involves independently handling IR clients across market caps and sectors, interacting with CFOs and IR Heads, and driving investor engagement activities such as Non-Deal Roadshows, plant visits, and analyst meets.
What you will do
- Should have 3-4 years of experience in Investor Relations (Would prefer candidates from CDR, SGA, Valorem, Go Advisors)
- Should have handled IR clients independently across market caps and sectors
- Should have experience in interacting with CFOs / IR Heads for day-to-day operations
- Should have excellent relationships with Fund Houses (Large & Quasi) and Research Houses
- Should have experience of arranging Non-Deal Roadshows (NDR), Plant / Site Visits, Analyst Meets and getting investor conference opportunities for clients
- Should know how to prepare investor presentations, analytical reports, peer analysis report, industry reports, and communication materials
- Preparing Quarterly action plans, Undertaking quarterly results activities, annual review documents
- Should be a pure team player and self-motivated
