About the role
The role sits within the dentsu Security Operations capability (Global Technology), supporting security monitoring, alert triage, threat detection and vulnerability management for the organisation. It is a hands-on security operations position that also carries remaining TAG endpoint responsibilities. The analyst investigates and escalates incidents to the CSIRT team and supports operational reporting, service improvement and automation.
What you will do
- Security monitoring and alert triage.
- Threat detection and initial investigation activities.
- Vulnerability validation and remediation support.
- Escalation of security incidents to the CSIRT function where formal incident response activity is required.
- Support operational reporting, service improvement and automation opportunities.

- Very good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with peers.
- Experience producing security documentation and other technical analysis reports
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrates a good knowledge and understanding of cyber security attack techniques and threats, with a strong technical background.
