About the role
Dentsu X, the media agency brand within dentsu, is hiring a senior client servicing lead to support the Client Director in delivering on the account and to lead the Sigenergy-dentsu partnership across India. The role spans digital media, performance marketing, and integrated communications, with collaboration across internal teams, clients, and partners. The Director: Account Lead will act as primary client advisor, own delivery excellence and commercial targets, and develop data-driven media solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead the Sigenergy-dentsu partnership across India as the senior client servicing lead.
- Provide strategic leadership across digital media, performance marketing, and integrated communications.
- Act as the primary client advisor, driving business growth, innovation, and long-term partnership value.
- Own delivery excellence, commercial targets, stakeholder management, and cross-market collaboration.
- Develop integrated, data-driven media solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Streamline operational processes, governance frameworks, and ways of working across markets.
- Identify opportunities for broader dentsu engagement and drive synergies across global and regional teams.
