  • Prepares concise partnership and initiative updates, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required from stakeholders.
  • Provides project management support for assigned initiatives by maintaining milestone and action trackers, coordinating follow-ups, and flagging delivery risks to the project lead.
  • Acts as product owner for assigned enhancements, translating agreed partner needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and maintaining a prioritized backlog in alignment with business owners.
  • Coordinates requirement clarifications, user acceptance testing, and feedback with delivery teams and business users; validates outcomes against agreed acceptance criteria and obtains required business sign-off.
  • Supports rollout readiness and operational handover through coordinated communications, updated guidance, and post-implementation feedback to confirm that agreed needs have been addressed.
