This Tech Lead role sits within a cyber security focused QA/DevOps automation function, embedding automated testing seamlessly into enterprise CI/CD pipelines. The role covers AI-assisted test case and script generation, API and functional regression automation, quality gates, test reporting dashboards, and DevSecOps practices for cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure.

- Experience working as a DevOps Developer with strong QA Automation background, enabling seamless integration of testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience looking for 4 - 8 years in QA/ DevOps.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD implementation and automation using Jenkins, including pipeline creation, maintenance, scheduling, and integration with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Hands-on experience in process automation and workflow optimization, reducing manual effort and improving software delivery efficiency.
- Hands on experience in any Test Automation tool
- Hands on experience in using AI capabilities to generate test cases and automation test scripts.
- Should have expertise in API automation
- Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain automated deployment, testing, and reporting pipelines supporting Agile and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience integrating automated functional, API, regression, and performance testing into enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and cloud-native application testing.
- Experience implementing test reporting dashboards, quality gates, and automated release readiness checks within CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including automated validation, security scanning integration, and shift-left testing approaches.
- Strong scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting for automation and operational activities.
