About the role
The role sits within State Street Markets, one of the biggest brokers in the world, providing services to institutions and financial advisors. The team handles client onboarding for Custody and Third Party accounts, resolving client inquiries and service related requests and executing daily and weekly operational tasks to deadlines. This Senior Associate performs both client facing and onboarding functions, reviewing onboarding requests, conducting independent research, and answering internal and external queries related to trade breaks on the EMEA shift in Hyderabad.
What you will do
- Responsible for ensuring and reviewing all the Onboarding requests.
- Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources while onboarding the Client.
- Interact with various internal and external teams as required.
- Knowledge on Prime Broker business.
- Answer or review internal and external client queries related to Trade breaks.
- Perform 4 eye and review the accounts onboarded.
- Analyze the problem and obtain and evaluate information to reach sound conclusions.
Skills used in this role
