About the role

This role provides technical expertise and analytical support throughout the lifecycle of products, applications, and technology initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and testing teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. The Senior Systems Analyst contributes across requirements analysis, solution design, development support, testing, implementation, and production support.
What you will do
- Analyze business and system requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet functional and technical objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and support the implementation of new products, services, and enhancements.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for issue investigation and escalation activities.
- Develop conceptual solution designs, process flows, wireframes, and other analysis artifacts as required.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, prioritize, and recommend system and process improvements across applications and platforms.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems, processes, and integrations.
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Develop, review, and support execution of test plans, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Coordinate defect tracking, triage, and resolution activities.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support audit, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements through appropriate documentation and controls.
- Create and maintain business, functional, technical, and process documentation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required.
- Collaborating with business and technology teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform effectiveness.
- Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams for data analysis, reporting, compliance, operational support, and process improvement activities.
- Supporting data quality initiatives, reporting requirements, and business intelligence efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
- 7-9 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology delivery, or a related discipline in Financial services domain
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into practical solution recommendations.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing processes, and change management practices. Hans on experience with Agile
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business and technical problems.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
