About the role

The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally, with Marketing Services developing and executing marketing programs for clients. The Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) sits within Services and ideates and creates engaging, on-brand content solutions connecting advertising partners, platforms, and a portfolio of brands. This role leads creative project delivery for ACD's Global Facility India (GFI), managing stakeholder relations, creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables while driving global consistency and efficiency.

What you will do

  • Your primary responsibility is to effectively manage relations with ACD colleagues globally by responding to their inquiries, meeting specific requests, and maintaining regular communication throughout every project delivery lifecycle.
  • You will primarily be working on creative projects involving receiving creative briefs, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables reach the stakeholder on time.
  • This is a highly collaborative role, as you will communicate not only with internal colleagues in ACD, but also Marketing Services colleagues and other members of our creative team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • To excel in this role, you need to possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to tackle numerous creative projects simultaneously, and across time-zones.
  • You are also expected to possess excellent time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Understanding our clients’ business needs and identifying effective solutions and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to further grow and optimize ACD and the GFI, acting as a central coordination point for ACD's global delivery ecosystem, driving interoperability, consistency, and best-practice sharing across regions with the Creative Director, GFI.
