About the role
The Corporate Treasury team at Mastercard supports settlement services across the company's core network, which powers digital payments for customers, businesses and governments in 200+ countries. The team develops, enhances and operationally enables settlement-related capabilities alongside business, product and technology partners. This Lead Business Analyst role analyzes requirements, conducts financial, operational, regulatory and systems impact analysis, coordinates projects and supports the implementation of enhancements to settlement services and related Treasury capabilities.
What you will do
- Support the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements to settlement services and related Treasury capabilities.
- Collaborate with business units and the product teams to gather requirements, evaluate operational impacts, and support delivery of new or improved settlement processes.
- Conduct financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impact analysis.
- Prepare materials and insights for leadership review, ensuring clear communication of findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Technology teams to ensure requirements are documented, understood, and properly implemented.
- Assist in identifying risks, potential impacts, and mitigation strategies related to settlement services.
- Manage assigned projects and workstreams, including planning, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, managing dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and according to scope.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and act as a dependable Treasury partner across projects and initiatives.

- Experience with payment systems, settlement processes, or Treasury operations.
- Familiarity with systems implementation and business analysis
- Interest in growing into a subject-matter expert in settlement operations and treasury capabilities.
