About the role
This role sits within the Walmart Marketplace Product team, which builds the next-generation marketplace platform serving Walmart e-commerce in the US and beyond, with a goal of driving seller productivity and improving experience and usability. The team focuses on products for Walmart Marketplace sellers. As a Senior Product Manager for the Walmart Marketplace Seller Mobile App, the role will shape how sellers manage and grow their business on the go, building mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android in collaboration with engineering, design, business, operations, and partner product teams across geographies.
What you will do
- Own and drive key areas of the Walmart Marketplace Seller Mobile roadmap, translating seller and business needs into product experiences
- Identify high-value seller problems and build experiences that help sellers monitor their business and take critical actions on the go
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver simple, intuitive, and high-quality experiences across iOS and Android
- Develop proactive and intelligent seller experiences using notifications, recommendations, contextual insights, and emerging AI capabilities
- Partner with Seller Center and domain product teams to bring the right Marketplace capabilities to mobile and create cohesive cross-channel seller journeys
- Use seller research, product analytics, and experimentation to improve adoption, engagement, task completion, and retention
- Build scalable mobile experiences that can serve sellers across Walmart's global marketplaces
- Drive cross-functional execution from product discovery and requirements through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement

- Strong product management experience building customer-facing digital products
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, or seller/merchant ecosystems
- Deep customer empathy with an ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using customer insights and data to drive product decisions
- Ability to prioritize effectively and drive multiple initiatives from discovery through execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- 8+ years of industry experience with minimum 4 years of product management experience; e-commerce, marketplace, or retail experience preferred
- Proven experience taking products from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and optimization
- Experience building mobile applications or mobile-first experiences; iOS and Android experience preferred
- Understanding of mobile product fundamentals including engagement, notifications, analytics, performance, and experimentation
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design to build customer-facing products
- Experience working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
