About the role

Salesforce is an AI CRM company, and the Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) team supports incentive compensation processes and systems across the business. The role works at the intersection of GIC, business technology, SOX, and GTM partners, using Salesforce CRM and Tableau reporting. The Manager will turn GIC process decisions into executable plans, drive process and system improvements, own UAT and implementation, and provide project management for compensation and systems initiatives.

What you will do

  • Turn GIC process and decisions into clear solutions with executable plans — requirements, process flows, and a path the team can build and implement.
  • Drive process and system improvements, and keep business and technical partners aligned through release.
  • Own UAT and implementation so the solution lands — signed off, on time, and usable by the business.
  • Provide project management support for compensation and systems initiatives: stand up the plan (milestones, owners, dependencies), run the cadence, track status/risks/issues, and keep delivery moving when priorities compete.
  • Surface risks, issues, and dependencies early; manage sign-off so work does not start on fuzzy alignment.
  • Translate the same problem for builders and for leadership. Create simple materials that force a decision.
  • Partner across GIC, DET/BT, SOX, and GTM partners.
