About the role
The Airbus BC (Cross-Programme) organization is establishing an Airbus PM Office in India to operate projects, programmes, portfolios, and performance management. The role sits in the Engineering PM Office (BCXE) and focuses on PM digital enablement and analytics using Palantir Skywise, Data Studio, and Generative AI. The Senior PM Business Analytics Solution Architect will configure Skywise applications, business data models, and executive dashboards to deliver real-time project performance insights.
What you will do
- Skywise Application & Platform Configuration:
- Design, configure, and deploy custom functional applications on the Palantir Skywise platform using Workshop, Slate, Contour, and Data Studio.
- Construct, configure, and maintain object types, action types, and link definitions within the Skywise Manager to accurately represent project entities (schedules, risks, costs, and gate milestones).
- Build clean, responsive frontend user interfaces tailored for PMBPs, project leaders, and domain heads.
- Business Data Modeling & Analytics Configuration:
- Configure and maintain efficient business data models, queries, and data parameterization rules to aggregate and analyze data consumed from primary systems (e.g., Planisware, ARM) for decision-making.
- Ensure robust business data consistency, validation checks, and query configuration across complex multi-project datasets.
- AI & Workflow Automation:
- Integrate Generative AI features (using Gemini AI) and prompt engineering scripts to automate meeting summaries, action tracking, and predictive delay alerts.
- Develop low-code/no-code integrations and scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script, AppSheet) connecting Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with Skywise data layers.
- Dashboarding solution delivery on Quality & Quality (OnT/OnQ):
- Participate in Agile/SAFe sprint routines, estimate configuration tasks, and execute user stories defined in the product backlog.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, bug fixing, version control, and continuous integration or deployment activities.
- Maintain complete technical documentation and user guides for all deployed applications and pipelines.
Skills used in this role

- Educated to a Degree level in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical/business discipline.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, PM Dashboarding Solution configuration within engineering, Digital, or industrial sectors
- Experience in dashboarding solution industrialisation and rationalisation ensuring data quality
- Proficiency in scripting languages and web dashboard frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms and cloud ecosystems.
- Creative problem-solving attitude with fluent English communication capabilities.
