About the role
Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company providing cloud-native, fully stackable processing and core banking platforms for issuers, with over 25 million cards live across 7 countries and a $2 billion valuation in 2025. The Meridian team builds innovative banking and payments products, and this Product Manager I role spans the entire product development lifecycle—product development, research, analytics, execution and growth—collaborating with product management, UX design, software engineering, data science, and business functions.
What you will do
- Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to define and document detailed product requirements, ensuring they align with the overall product and business strategy.
- Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, to drive the timely release of product features.
- Create comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes, to support internal teams and external clients.
- Dive deep into market trends, user needs, and competitor landscapes to inform product decisions and enhancements
- Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate product performance, identify improvement areas, and make informed recommendations for enhancements.
