About the role
Zeta is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fresher to build a strong foundation in executive support within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role is based in Bangalore – Diamond District.
What you will do
- Manage and maintain calendars for a minimum of two senior leaders, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Manage end-to-end international and domestic travel for the leadership team, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements.
- Process travel and business-related expense claims accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Organize and provide end-to-end support for meetings, conferences, workshops, and events — both internal and client-facing.
- Maintain robust follow-up systems to track project timelines and deliverables; keep leaders informed of status updates and key developments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
- Provide administrative support including document management, filing systems, contact database maintenance, spreadsheet creation, and presentation preparation.
