About the role
The role sits within Mahindra Group's PLM function, working on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA based product lifecycle management solutions for automotive and manufacturing engineering. The developer designs, customizes, tests and supports ENOVIA modules such as Engineering Central, Library Central, Change Management and Material Compliance, and builds integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems. The position also covers data migration, upgrades, workflow automation with low-code tools, and production support.
What you will do
- Developing and maintaining ENOVIA customizations using Java, JPO, MQL, TCL, JSP, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Configuring UI components such as menus, commands, forms, tables, channels, and portals.
- Supporting ENOVIA modules including Engineering Central, Library Central, Change Management, and Material Compliance.
- Developing integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems through Java, JDBC, REST APIs, and automation tools.
- Executing data migration, upgrade, and enhancement activities while ensuring platform stability.
- Performing unit testing, defect resolution, code reviews, deployment support, and regression testing.
- Providing application support, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Creating technical documentation, SOPs, deployment guides, and conducting knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Supporting workflow automation and low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Ensuring adherence to development standards, SLA commitments, and best practices for PLM application lifecycle management.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Typically 6 to 10 years of experience in ENOVIA or 3DEXPERIENCE development and production support.
- Experience delivering PLM customisation, migration, upgrade and integration activities.
- Experience working with business users and functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Preferred qualifications
- Automotive, manufacturing or engineering-industry experience is preferred
- Relevant Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA certification is desirable.
- Java or low-code-platform certification would be advantageous
