- Establish measurable strategies and feedback loops to continuously improve lead scoring, qualification, routing, and conversion performance
- Partner with the Marketing Attribution Product Manager to define requirements and ensure attribution capabilities support end-to-end lead-to-pipeline measurement and decision-making
- Collaborate with GTM Product Managers to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure Lead Management capabilities integrate seamlessly across Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), analytics, advertising, and other GTM systems
- Define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, User Experience (UX), Architecture, Technical Program Management, and Data teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to identify opportunities, measure product success, and continuously improve lead-to-revenue outcomes
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Science, Finance, and executive stakeholders to align product investments with business priorities
