About the role
Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company providing cloud-native, fully stackable processing and core banking platforms for issuers, with over 25 million cards live on its platforms across 7 countries. Its product lines span core banking, authentication, credit-as-a-service, conversational AI, and card experiences. This role sits within People Success and drives the full learning cycle — needs analysis, content design, facilitation, vendor partnering, and impact measurement — in close partnership with HRBPs and business leaders, while also leading organization-wide learning programs and learning operations.
What you will do
- Partner with HRBPs to conduct detailed learning needs analysis (LNA) using data insights, performance trends, and structured discussions with leaders, managers, and employees.
- Diagnose capability gaps at the individual, team, and organizational levels, and translate them into clear learning objectives and solution recommendations.
- Design and develop learning content and journeys across behavioral, functional, technical, and leadership areas, applying sound instructional design principles and blended formats.
- Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and programs, creating engaging experiences for diverse audiences.
- Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to understand priorities, co-create learning solutions, and drive adoption within their teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and consulting partners – from scoping and selection through delivery and quality oversight.
- Measure learning effectiveness and business impact using structured evaluation frameworks, and use insights to continuously improve programs.
